Shut Up & Listen: Tom Feldmann

Our shows are outside weather permitting. Please bring lawn/festival chairs or a blanket for sitting on the lawn on front of our porch. We serve a limited cocktail menu, drinks (non alcoholic drinks are available.) and some snacks. If it looks like rain the show will be moved inside the distillery.

Tom Feldmann simply amazes me. I found him on youtube looking for videos on how to play country blues like Son House or Robert Johnson. I bought a few of his videos, and then one night while killing time I looked him up only to find he lived in Minnetonka. I reached out about lessons and he pointed me to some workshops he was planning in Minneapolis. I signed up for the first one and took 4 others. Tom is a phenomonal player, songwriter, and story teller. You get the whole package during his shows. Great old blues, history of the players, and Tom’s unique voice in his original songs. He’s player here solo and with his duo Brothers in the Mud. I am thrilled to get Tom back up for a show. Whether you consider yourself a blues fan or not, you will appreciate the talent Tom brings to everything he does.
