Ticket Policy
• Your purchase confirmation is also an understanding that you have read, acknowledge, and will abide by the following:
• Rule #1 – Don’t be a jerk.
• Need proof of ticket purchase to acquire a wristband for entry.
• Everyone (including children ages 13+) must have a ticket to attend the event.
• Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult. 1 child per adult.
• No pets allowed.
• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Truckerfest is a rain-or-shine event.
• Truckerfest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets or passes.
• All people entering the festival grounds do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.
• Items confiscated by security will not be held or returned.
• Truckerfest reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without a refund.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times. No wristband, no entry, no exceptions. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced, a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter the festival.
• Tickets obtained from sources other than HappyProductions.Live with the ticketing platform, ShowSlinger may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• All artists and times of performances are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
• Have your ID with you at all times. Truckerfest has a zero-tolerance for underage drinking.
• No outside alcohol is permitted within the concert or vending areas.
• No firearms of any kind are allowed with or without a permit.
• No golf carts, boats, power scooters, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed.
• No display of oversized logos, banners, or marketing propaganda including handouts without an approved vendor permit.
Please be advised that by attending the event you are implicitly agreeing that Truckerfest may use any photos taken of you by our photographers for promotional purposes, and your image may be used on our website, social media, TV spots, or printed materials. Any violation of the above policies may result in having your wristband removed.

The following are not allowed within the overnight parking area or festival grounds:
No fireworks, weapons, kegs, golf carts, boats, power scooters or dirt bikes. No illegal substances. No vending without a vendors permit. (Sharing, yes. Selling, no). No display of oversized logos, banners, or marketing/political propaganda including handouts without an approved vendor permit. No firearms of any kind with or without a permit.
*Use of drones must be be pre-approved and follow restrictions.
CHECK IN HOURS:
Thursday: 3 PM – 9:30 PM.
Friday: 10 AM – 9:30 PM.
Saturday: 10 AM – 9:30 PM.
Checkout is Sunday. Preferably before 1 PM.
You will be able to come and go throughout the overnight parking area at any time, please be considerate of other attendees. Drive slow and safe.
Yes!
Campers, RV’s, Tents, Hammocks, Vans, Cars, etc. are all allowed.
You need an overnight parking pass per vehicle on the site.
All items carried into the festival gates are subject to search by Truckerfest Security.
All items must be removed from the festival grounds at the end of the day.
Truckerfest is not liable for any items left and they will be removed by staff.
The following items are allowed:
Factory sealed water bottles, hydration packs, water bottles.
Backpacks, purses, fanny packs.
Chairs – must be set up in designated areas and removed at the end of the day.
Blankets, wagons, and strollers.
Battery packs, head lamps, solar chargers.
All items carried into the festival gates are subject to search by Truckerfest security.
The following items are not allowed:
No pets in the festival grounds.
No carry-in food or alcohol.
No large EZ-UP/Pop-up tents over 4ft tall. (Small shade structures are okay but must be set up in designated areas and removed at the end of the day)
No glass containers, fireworks, weapons, golf carts, boats, power scooters, or dirt bikes.
No firearms with or without a permit.
No weapons.
No illegal substances.
No unauthorized vending or selling of any products.
No large soundsystems or speakers.
No coolers.
No laser pointers.
Any and all professional audio recording equipment.
Although smoking is allowed, please be considerate of your neighbors. Staff may ask you to refrain from smoking if it bothers those around you.
You are only allowed to smoke in designated areas. Please dispose of your butts responsibly. 😉

Truckerfest does not cater to child friendly/family activities or designated overnight parking areas.
Language and music on stage is not prohibted.

Yes. As long as you have your wristband you will always be allowed to re-enter.
All General Admission wristbands are for 1 person only. Tampering with or sharing wristbands is not permitted. Lost or broken wristbands will not be replaced.
Parking is complimentary for all ticket holders.
Day parking is located to the right of the main gate.
Overnight Parking Passes are sold seperately.
There are a few hotels and motels within Princeton.
We are currently not partnered with surrounding hotels and motels, and cannot offer any deals.
You will have to account for your own transportation back and fort. Shuttles or any other transportation is not provided by Truckerfest.
If the event is not sold out then 3-day and 1-day tickets will be available for purchase at the gate.
Please use the main gate to make your ticket purchase.
No, we accept both printed and digital tickets at the gate.
No refunds. Truckerfest is rain or shine. All sales are final, no refunds or rollovers.
Yes, ticket prices increase a couple different times each year after the inital on-sale date. Each price tier can be found on the Truckerfest Tickets page.
